Inspiration: Breaking Dawn (again). I wanted the model to look slim, even scrawny, unhealthy, like Bella in the book, so I reshaped the original model's body a bit. The background is obscure, like the situation young Mrs Cullen was in, but there are rays of light and sparkles too, symbolizing something happy as for the baby itself.
It's not a particular scene and not an actor as a model.
